The purification efficiency of the CCJ/A Wet Dust Collector is above China's emission standard.

The acid&lead gas enters the primary cyclone turning downward to impact the water surface making bigger pollutants fall into the water.Then the gas goes through S shaped passage and arouses masses of water mist,making the gas and the water mist carry out full contact with each other.Then small pollutants drop into the water and the acid&lead gas is thoroughly purified. The water level in the CCJcollector is controlled by an auto waterlevel-control system and an overflow box.Surplus water flows out of the overflowweir being discharged through the overflow tube.Overflow water and discharged water can be recycled after being treated in the sewage tank.It is with stable performance, high efficiency,low pressure loss and low water cost.The purification efficiency is unchanged even if gas velocity to be treated might fluctuate  24% more or less.
